OUR FIRM
Game Properties Inc. is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in acquisitions, leasing and property management in South Florida. Led by sisters, Katrina and Karina Garcia, its office is located in Coral Gables, Florida. Game Properties Inc. evolved from Game Properties Corp., which was founded by their father, Firpo Garcia. He has been active in real estate development and investments since the late 1970s. Incorporated in 2012, Game Properties Inc. is a privately held business. The real estate team leases and manages its portfolio consisting of properties in South Florida.

Katrina Garcia
Katrina graduated cum laude from the University of Miami, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management & Organization and Legal Studies. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami in Marketing and International Business. She obtained a Real Estate Sales Associate license in 2004 and soon after, she became a Broker Associate. In 2012, she became the Broker and President of Game Properties Inc. Having started as a Property Manager, she advanced by increasing her responsibilities and leadership role. Looking for opportunities to grow the company has become her main focus. She is responsible for acquisition due diligence, negotiations, insurance, banking and legal matters.
Karina Garcia
Karina became a Real Estate Sales Associate immediately after graduating from high school. While working part time at Game Properties Inc., Karina received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami. She majored in Business Management & Organization and Legal Studies and minored in Marketing and Art History. After graduating from her MBA from the University of Miami, she began working full time at Game Properties. Her expertise include prospecting, marketing, content creation, social media management, and business development. She builds strong relationships with the community and has experience working with national tenants as well as locally owned businesses.
